We are recruiting for our partner (Oil & Gas sector) an INSTRUMENTATION Engineer 

Location : Sfax (duties at Offshore Platform, Sfax base)

Principal Responsibilities : 

  • Prepares functional analysis (control, DCS, ESD, F&G).
  • Carryout sizing calculations for Control Valves, Flow Meters, Pneumatic & Hydraulic Power systems
  • Prepares the technical documentation for instrumentation and systems requisitions and performs the technical evaluations.
  • Provides technical support to Project group
  • Prepares instrument material take-off.
  • Inter-disciplinary document comments and reviews. 
  • Provide inputs and review of engineering drawings including Instrument Location Plans, Cable & JB Schedules, Cable Routing Layouts, Instrument Installation Details, Process / Pneumatic Hook-Ups, Interconnection Diagrams, Loop Diagrams, Fieldbus Segment Diagrams, Interconnection Diagrams, Instrument Loop diagrams
  • Produce Systems Vendors’ modifications Scopes of Work documents
  • Carryout onshore and offshore site surveys as required
  • Review Instrumentation and Control Systems Vendors offers, prepare Vendor Technical clarifications and prepare Technical Bid Evaluation reports.
  • Planning, launching and following up preventive and predictive interventions performed on different equipment and packages at Ashtart Platform.
  • Ensure that scheduled work is implemented in CMMS.

 

 

Exigences de l'emploi

Educational Qualifications & experience

  • Engineer degree or master’s degree in Instrumentation & Control / Electrical / Electronics and/or related,
  • Minimum 3 years of experience.
  • Knowledge and experience in the oil and gas industry is an advantage.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
